Session / Company Fees
Sessions / The Company membership fees are paid monthly by direct debit in advance of the first of the month (e.g if signing up mid month, your child will commence on the 1st day of the following month.)
Workshop Fees
Workshops require a 50% deposit on booking date. Specific pricing is made available per workshop.
Workshop Cancellations
Deposit is 50% refundable up to 18 days before booking date.
Deposit is 25% refundable up to 9 days before booking date.
Deposit is non refundable 8 or less days before booking date.
The remaining 50% balance to be paid the day before booking date.
Refunds only available if HYPA is responsible for the cancellation without 1 weeks notice.
All other fees/tickets/costs will be paid on request as dates/fees vary.
One to One Tuition
1 to 1 Tuition to be paid on sign up.
We suggest just pay individually for the first 2 sessions, and then you will have a block option payable in advance.
Refunds only available if HYPA is responsible for the cancellation without 1 weeks notice.
Code of Conduct
We have an agreed and signed Code of Conduct letter for each of our Members.
We therefore reserve the right at HYPA to respectfully cancel a membership without notice or refund of the current monthly subscription .This action would occur if the Code is ignored or breached in any way, or if student behaviour might prevent other members from feeling safe during sessions, workshops, or rehearsals.
